Casa preciosa , muy bien decorada, no le faltaba de nada .. limpia.. la piscina un plus.
Marcus atento,y discreto ,nos dejó desayuno, cervezas frescas , una botella de vino .. Todas las mañanas podíamos coger huevos frescos de las gallinas. Hemos estado muy a gusto ..

The Penthouse is an amazing place to stay and the best airbnb experience we have ever had.

Marcus and Heidi were incredible hosts throughout our 5 day stay. The facilities are perfect, particularly the heated pool, outdoor kitchen area and fresh free range eggs!

The beautiful town (Haría) is a 10 min walk away and is perfect for eating out or a drink in the center. Marcus and Heidi’s recommendations for food were completely spot on (we didn’t have a bad meal out!)

The kitchen is also spotless and well equipped, we enjoyed lunches in and ate on the private patio which gets a great amount of sun.

The living room is fully equipped for movies and music, perfect for evenings in and listening to music whilst you cook

The bed in the bedroom is outrageously comfortable with automatic electric blinds that have panoramic views of the valley and its stunning palm trees. Opening the blinds from bed was a highlight every day!

We wouldn’t change anything and if you’re thinking about booking a stay don’t hesitate!

We recently spent a lovely week in Casita Palmera and it certainly surpassed our expectations.A truly lovely house with so many special touches and great art work .
The kitchen is brilliantly equipped with absolutely everything you would want and the lounge with its deep comfortable settee and log burner was a great space to relax in the evenings.
Marcus is a mine of information,from places to visit, to the best restaurant locally and around the island …..we tried quite a few and weren’t disappointed in any !
Haría is a really delightful village with a great little covered market which was very useful for picking up freshly cooked evening meal or snack for lunch . With artisan market and local pottery it is quite charming .
Marcus & Heidi are the best of hosts and as many have previously mentioned fresh eggs are always on tap + enormous amounts of wood for the log burner which kept us nice and toastie in the evenings.
Although we were not very lucky with the weather we all had a really great time and very much look forward to a return visit . Thank you Marcus & Heidi for all your kindness.

Wij hebben 5 nachten mogen doorbrengen in dit prachtige huis.
De lokatie is heel goed. Je wandelt zo het leuke dorpje haria in of naar een uitzichtpunt op de rots voor een zonsondergang.
Een auto heb je nodig om de rest van het fascinerende eiland te verkennen. We kregen van Marcus en Heidi een lijst met restaurants die zeer goed was.
Het brandschone appartement zelf was ook fijn om iets te koken.
De penthouse heeft een besloten privé terras. Je zit of ligt daar onder de palmbomen. Vanuit je slaapkamer zie je in de verte ook nog de zee, en het hele appartement geeft prachtig uitzicht. We hebben genoten van de verse eitjes. Het zwembad en de bbq plaatst zijn heel mooi onderhouden. Als je aangeeft dat je er gebruik van wil maken zet Marcus alles voor je klaar en zit je er privé. Net als het zwembad.
Voor ons gaf het een perfecte mix van alle privacy en bij vragen konden we meteen terecht. Marcus was attent en zorgvuldig. Het hele huis en de tuin worden zorgvuldig en met liefde verzorgt. Dat voel je. Het is de maximale score helemaal waard!

We have recently returned from this beautiful place (the Penthouse) and have had such a wonderful stay we just didn't want to leave. If we could have stayed longer we would have. First, location. This is the real Lanzarote, away from major tourist resorts. Peaceful, authentic. Secondly, the accommodation is just lovely. Comfiest bed imaginable, fabulous views, beautiful outside spaces, resident pets who are just adorable, and chickens that supply the most delicious eggs, seemingly on demand! Lastly and by no means least, Marcus and Heidi, the hosts, do the most fantastic job, making you feel totally welcome and at home. They are knowledgeable of the island and best places to eat (we tried several of their recommendations and were not disappointed). Marcus is readily available if there are any queries/requests (WhatsApp if he's not on the premises).... And is more than willing to keep up the supply of fresh eggs and firewood for the log burner, which was wonderful on a couple of the chillier December nights we experienced. All in all, would recommend this place as the perfect base for a thoroughly relaxing, home-from-home holiday. Would definitely go back.

Being Mindful

We have just had a short 2 night break at the Penthouse.
Just ‘wow’! The attention to detail is fantastic and the view… THE VIEWS!!!!
The bed was fantastically comfortable and the welcome hamper was most appreciated.
Marcus and Heidi were superb hosts, very kind, friendly and helpful.
Their recommendation for a local restaurant was spot on… Puerta Verde was great!
