He was super responsive to our inquiries, and came out to meet with me and my siblings several times to walk through the house and give his advice on what we needed to do to get it ready to sell.

His photographer made the house look terrific, and the cleaning folks he hired made it sparkle. He also has the benefit of many years of experience, and is familiar with a lot of the other brokers and lending institutions in the area, which helps in negotiating the best deal.

He did a lot of research to come up with a realistic asking price for the house, taking into account up-to-the-minute market data, and we ended up selling it for over the asking price. He kept us calm during the inevitable bumps in the road on the way to the closing, and was professional and friendly and very responsive throughout the entire transaction and beyond.
